Stott Pilates Mat and Reformer

STOTT Pilates is a modern approach to Pilates that focuses on core stability, proper alignment, and controlled movement. It is based on five key principles: breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular (shoulder) stability, and head and cervical spine alignment. Focuses on improving core strength, posture, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled movements performed on a mat. The exercises help to strengthen and balance the body while supporting healthy movement patterns. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to more experienced clients, sessions are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve overall wellbeing.

Reformer Pilates 

 

Uses a specialised machine with springs and pulleys to provide resistance and support during exercises. It helps to strengthen the core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and develop balanced muscle strength. Reformer sessions can be adapted for all abilities and are ideal for building strength, improving movement, and supporting rehabilitation or fitness goals.
